Stillness isn't a feature. At Lagoon Resort, it's the whole product. The property was already there — 320 units, Hilton partnership, gated waterfront territory in Batumi. What wasn't: a brand that could hold all of it together. We took everything that existed and rebuilt it from the ground up. New concept, new philosophy, new visual language. Deep olive and warm sand.
